The TUBCUT™ System Has That Factory Look and Takes About A Half Day To Complete
tub-cut-photo-1.jpg

There is such a great need for this service. The TUBCUT™ system of modifying and existing tub by actually cutting out a section to make an easy access for those who need it, is a remarkable and long needed service.

The TUBCUT™ professional comes out to your home and with the proper tools and “know how”, cuts out a section in your existing, fiberglass, acrylic or iron tub and then finishes off the edges to look like it came that way from the factory. A much lower “step over” are is provided and yet a low threshold is left to keep water from spilling out onto the floor of the bathroom.

Simply install a standard shower curtain and rod and it will keep the water in the shower area when in use and if you like you can close it up on the outside when not in use and it will cover up the cut out area.

If you want, even a shower door application can be adapted to the tub.

The TUBCUT™ bathtub step-through is both functional and attractive. Hand-crafted from high quality, custom-fitted components, it will exactly match any tub’s contour. It can be any size desired and gives even cast iron bathtubs a seamless appearance and a factory look.

Below is a photo of a longer cutout.

Here is another unique concept that the company has come up with.

The TUBCUT™ bath modification may also be reversed! By replacing the removed cut-out section, the tub can be restored to original condition. This is really a great idea. You won’t have to go through the expense of ripping out the existing tub and altering the wall or floor coverings to put in a new shower. You just use The TUBCUT™ to alter the tub, install the curtain and you have an instant shower that is ready to use for those in need.
